How do I take care of my personalized melamine plates?

The melamine plates are durable and dishwasher safe, but not intended for microwave use.  Do not use sharp knives for cutting on the plates - this could cause scratches.  We also do not recommend scrubbing the plates with scouring pads, if you even own one!

Are My Clean Plate Club plates environmentally friendly?

Yes, our melamine plates are BPA-Free (Bisphenol-A free).  You can also use them for years, cutting back on the disposable plastic and styrofoam plates that go to landfills.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Definitely!  Since these melamine plates make great gifts, we felt we had to offer a gift message option.  We will add your gift message to the packing slip.  

How long does it take for my personalized melamine plates to ship?

The melamine plates take about 10-14 days to complete.  Expect the plates to arrive about 2-3 weeks after placing your order.  Sometimes it will take a shorter amount of time and other times, like around the holidays, it may take a bit longer.  Trust us, it will be worth the wait!

Do you have a privacy policy?

My Clean Plate Club will not sell any of your personal information to any third party companies or any direct mail services!  Honest!  Hey, we all get enough junk mail as it is!

What is your return policy?

Since all the melamine plates we sell are personalized, we do not accept returns.  If, however, your order was damaged due to shipping, we will gladly get a replacement order sent out immediately.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged package.  We will get right on it!

How do I keep up to date on the new designs?

Sign up for our online updates!  We will show you our newest designs and may even throw in a coupon!  We promise not to bombard you with emails - just a few here and there to give you fresh gift ideas!

Is there anything else I should know?

Since all computers are a little bit different, the colors that you see on the screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

Do you have gift certificates available?

Can't decide what to give as a gift?  We will be happy to create a gift certificate for you.  Email us at info@mycleanplateclub.com and we will get one for you!
